INTELLENET Annual Seminar in ARUBA 2018

Mr. MONSOOR, a member of INTELLENET, meets each year with his foreign colleagues as part of a seminar.

International Intelligence Network - INTELLENET - is a global network of investigators and security consultants.

This year, the seminar was held on the island of ARUBA (15 km from VENEZUELA).

Mr. MONSOOR was invited as a speaker. He was able to present the legal framework that governs the profession of private detective in France, and explain the changes that have taken place in terms of security following the attacks on the country in recent years.
